Eric Ricardo Rodriguez Obituary (1987 - 2023)

December 15, 1987 - September 12, 2023 Eric, beloved father of Rebecca, Ricardo, and Eric Mikah, passed away on September 12, 2023 at 35. Eric was born on December 15, 1987 in Brawley, CA to Francisco and Patricia Rodriguez. Eric joined the Army National Guard in 2008 where he was a Combat Engineer. He worked as a Special Ed Instructional Assistant for Imperial Unified School District and ICOE for over 7 years. Eric will be remembered for his many admirable qualities. Particularly for his sense of humor, sarcasm, his love and dedication to his kids, and his "just another day" catchphrase. He loved baseball and country music. As a father, he especially enjoyed fishing and hiking with his kids. Eric was preceded in death by his brother Angel and sister Rebecca. He is survived by his children (Rebecca, Ricardo & Eric Mikah), his parents (Francisco & Patricia Rodriguez), sister Angela, brother Franky, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and Brothers in Arms. A memorial service will take place on October 6th, 2023 at Frye Chapel in Brawley, CA. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
