He was 68 years old. Born in Dallas, Texas on January 5, 1957, Tucker lived a life full of heart, strength, and devotion. He was the rock of his family — a devoted husband to Sandy, a loving and steady father to James, Jason, and Ashley, and a proud grandfather to seven grandchildren who brought him immense joy. Tucker’s love for life was evident in the things he cherished most: exploring the open desert on off-roading adventures, working the land on his ranch, and creating lasting memories on travels with those he loved. But above all, Tucker’s greatest passion was his family. He showed up — every time, no matter what. He led with integrity, compassion, and quiet strength, always putting others before himself. He was a man who listened with patience, gave with a full heart, and lived by example. He is survived by his wife, Sandy; his parents, Beth and Sam Ross; his children James, Jason (Gina) Hendrix, and Ashley (Aaron) Hackett; and his grandchildren Andrew, Austin, Marty, Charlie, Brayden, Conor, and Patrick — each of whom he adored deeply. Tucker leaves behind a legacy of love, resilience, and unwavering commitment to his family.
